If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea in a traditional island home and really rejuvenate, then you have found the right place.
Our Aegean Blue Summer House is a sunny independent house on top of Hrysonisos in Kini area which is about 3,5 km away from beach of Kini (About 7min by car) with a breathtaking view over Kini beach of Syros island. 9 km away from the port of the island in Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros and of the Cyclades complex is the seaside resort Kini, a magnificent beach for summer vacation. Nearby there are taverns for lunch, lovely restaurants for dinner, coffee shops and mini markets.
It is ideal for couples, group of friends or big families…. relax end enjoy!
Aegean Blue Summer House is an individual house in a quiet and safe area with its private parking area.

The house has a master bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, cooker, toaster, grill, coffee machine, juicer, dinnerware, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils, pots, pans and many auxiliary kitchen utensils.
Living room is spacious and comfortable and offers the unique seaview from every single corner!
On the ground floor there are three more bedrooms and a large bathroom very spacious and fully renovated. The house is maintained, freshly painted with excellent insulation to keep cool, so if you smoke, please, do it outdoors. There is a nice outdoor seating area on both floors that you can enjoy breakfast outlooking the sea, lunch, coffee or relax at sunset.

It will be our pleasure to accommodate baby guests so in that case all of the facilities will be provided.
The island of Syros is just 2 and a half hours by fast ferry from the port of Piraeus (central Greek port), a 4 hour journey by conventional ship and only 25 minutes by plane.
