If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea in a traditional island home and really rejuvenate, then you have found the right place.
Our Green Summer House is a sunny independent house which is only 300 meters away from a magnificent beach with clear water on the southwest coast of Syros and 800 m away from the central beach of Megas Gialos an ideal beach for families with kids.
10 km away from the port of the island in Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros and of the Cyclades complex is the seaside resort Megas Gialos which features unique advantages. It maintains its physical beauty, without human intervention and it is not far from the town and the surrounding villages. Nearby there are taverns for lunch or dinner, coffee shops and mini markets. What’s more, the bus stop is within walking distance where the public transportation can connect you to the rest areas of the island. In case of vehicle hiring though, we can provide you information and help to do so.
Green Summer House is an individual house in a quiet and safe area with its private parking area. The house has two main bedrooms with amenities. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed and in the other, two single beds. All of them have brand new and high quality mattresses for a pleasant and comfortable sleep. There are also two comfortable couches in the living room area in case of extra guests. It will be our pleasure to accommodate baby guests so in that case all of the facilities will be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, cooker, toaster, grill, coffee machine, juicer, dinnerware, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils, pots, pans and many auxiliary kitchen utensils.

There are two main bathrooms-one on each floor very spacious and fully renovated. The house is maintained, freshly painted with excellent insulation to keep cool, so if you smoke, please, do it outdoors. There is a nice outdoor seating area on both floors that you can enjoy breakfast outlooking the sea, lunch, coffee or relax at sunset.
The island of Syros is just 2 and a half hours by fast ferry from the port of Piraeus (central Greek port), a 4 hour journey by conventional ship and only 25 minutes by plane.

το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε πολύ καλή περιοχή με πρόσβαση στις τριγύρω παραλίες, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ιδανικό για οικογένεια ή παρέα. Άψογα διακοσμημένος χώρος σε έβαζε κατευθείαν στο κλίμα των κυκλαδίτικων διακοπών.
I stayed in the house for 4 nights in September 2017 with 3 friends. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the apartment was more spacious than we initially thought. The layout very practical and the double bathroom was extremely convenient. It was fully equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Η διαμονή ήταν άψογη. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, λειτουργικό και καθαρό. Είχε υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και την τριγύρω περιοχή. Η Αργυρώ είναι πολύ φιλόξενη με διακριτική και ευχάριστη παρουσία. Μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Επίσης το σπίτι παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις είτε για παρέα είτε για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά και μωρά.
